关于林文盛冒用大本钟奖名义招摇撞骗并欠款的声明
The Announment of Tom Lin’s Cheating Matter
2009年6月以来，一位叫林文盛的个人在外宣传是大本钟奖的合作伙伴以及我会主席李俊辰先生的代理人等等，并与多人、多机构发生资金往来，大本钟奖组委会和英国华人青年联会以及李俊辰在此声明，此人目前与我机构没有任何关系。From July 2009, One person who is called as Tom Lin (photo attached) said he is the partner with Big Ben Award, BCYF and our President, Mr. Jonsson Li. This man also did a lot cash deal with some persons and organizations. Hereby, we make the serious and formal announcement that this man has nothing relationship with us.
该人曾作为我方的市场人员帮助寻求商务赞助合伙伙伴以及颁奖典礼的售票事宜，但是，所有的赞助款项在转到他的账户后，他曾开出支票给我方，但是，最后该支票被银行证明无效。银行记录有据可查。而在此之后，我方也再也无法联系到该人。Tom Lin was been our marketing worker from Feb 2009 to May 2009 when he was responsible for the sponsorship and ticket sell. However, the final cheque (note: all the sponsorship and ticket sell money sent into his bank account first.) he gave us were proved to be valid through the bank. There is the bank proof. And we are unable to contact him because his phone cannot be reached anymore.
